mass import al-Shabaab militants to USA and goot to the BLACKED orgies and arson/murder happening across the nation while hiding away in Raven Rock along with all of my Jewish associates. after everything is reduced to rubble and the great skyscrapers of NYC/LA/Chicago/etc are burnt-out metal skeletons, i would then use the remaining SLBMs stationed off the east & west coasts to nuke the shit out of China & Russia. then the BBC thugs will spread all across the globe, with Africa becoming the staging base (as it will be relatively unscathed) for Wakanda

If you want the actual answer. Africa wasn't ready for decolonization in the 50's, 60's and 70's yet, But it still happened as a result of internal politics and foreign meddling.
